The pre-made core is a new disposable raw material for baby diaper. It's the central component inside the diaper primarily responsible for absorbing and locking in urine. It directly determines the diaper's perfomance.

Pre-made core is a composite structure: 5 /7 layers 

Material composition: 

non-woven SAP and fluffy. Follow market Ultra-Thin Trend: New core thickness measures just 2.48mm, representing a significant 40.95% reduction compared to traditional products.Ultra-thin design minimises bulk, prevents clumping and separation for greater comfort during movement .
 
Primary Functions of the pre-made core :

Ultra-thin and soft ,Rapid Absorption , high absorbency and retension,Uniform Distribution,Leak Protection ,Breathable Moisture Management , low rewet. Pre-made core is widely used as the absobent core in baby diaper , diaper pants and adults diaper.
